About Me

Bridging Domain Expertise with Technical Innovation

I'm the Founder and Director of Arxena, a recruitment technology platform that combines deep industry knowledge with engineering excellence. My journey began at IIT Kharagpur, where I completed my B.Tech (Hons.) and MBA in 2011, followed by consulting at Deloitte in their Strategy and Operations practice.

Before Arxena, I built Michael Page's technical and board advisory practices in India from scratch (2017-2020), leading multi-geography board and CXO searches for Fortune 10-500 clients. I also co-founded Krishi Star (2013-2017), a social enterprise that increased incomes for 1,600 small farmers by over 200% through farmer-owned food processing units.

Since founding Arxena in 2021, I've been engineering Python and JavaScript on large-scale distributed NLP systems to automate recruitment workflows. I've also built Job Hunter AI (a bot applying to 300-400 jobs daily) and SyncDial (lightning-fast lead response for businesses). I bring a data-driven, analytical approach across product development, investment analysis, and strategic decision-making.

Strategy and Operations consulting in Energy & Resources. Led engagements including corporate planning for $100M mining business, GTM strategy for $5B Kuwaiti conglomerate's steel business in GCC, and location evaluation for German MNCs.

2013 - 2017

Social entrepreneurship focused on ending poverty for small farmers through farmer-owned food processing units. Increased incomes for 1,600 farmers by 200%+, advised FPOs with 150,000 farmers, and won awards at Berkeley Haas, Village Capital, and Sankalp Forum.
